Act 1991.

we offer to home buyers. The Property Misdescriptions Act imposes an obligation on Rightmove
members to ensure that the information presented to the general public with regard to properties
advertised by them is accurate and up-to-date.
We recommend to all of our members that they belong to the relevant professional bodies and
organisations that have published codes of conduct and practice, and that they publicise their
memberships in the relevant sections on our website.
